In 1996 Tom McNulty took over the companies previously operated by his father, Ed McNulty. It was Ed's father (Tom's grandfather), Edward A. McNulty, who originally founded the company in 1934. Since taking over, Tom has successfully grown the residential development division into one of the largest builders of new homes in Rhode Island. As a third generation family owned business, our commitment to the communities in which we operate has been the foundation for our success.
