Tom joined the family business in 1996 to carry on E.A. McNulty’s proud tradition of serving northern Rhode Island’s families. Tom holds a BS from Providence College and is a licensed RI and Massachusetts Real Estate Broker. An active member of RI’s building community, Tom serves as president of the RI Builder’s Association (RIBA) and is a member of the Northern RI Board of Realtors. Tom is involved in the work of many civic and charitable organizations as well, including Big Brothers, Cumberland Boys & Girls Club and the Cumberland Budget Board. Tom lives in Cumberland with his wife and their three children.

John has been leading the construction division of E.A. McNulty since 1999. John has spent his entire career in the construction industry as president of his own construction firm, Summit Builders for 28 years, and subsequently as VP of Construction for Armory Revival Building Co. A former president of RI Builder’s Association, John remains active on RIBA’ review committee. John has also served on a number of Cumberland committees and task forces related to the town’s housing policies, including the Vision Committee and the Zoning Review Board. John lives in Cumberland with his wife and daughter.

Mike has managed the sales and marketing function for E.A. McNulty since 2001. Mike is a licensed RI and Massachusetts Real Estate Broker and holds a BS in Business Administration from Suffolk University. As a member of the Northern RI Board of Realtors and the Northern RI Chamber of Commerce, Mike is very active in the business community. Mike, his wife and four children live in Cumberland.

Tanya has been coordinating both new construction and remodeling projects for E.A. McNulty since 2002. A 15-year veteran of the construction industry, Tanya managed a kitchen and bath showroom for five years prior to joining E.A. McNulty. Tanya is currently studying for her Graduate Builder Certification.

Jordan joined E.A. McNulty in the spring of 2006 with responsibility for managing the development of current projects in the planning stage as well as identifying and evaluating new opportunities for acquisition and development. He previously served as Project Manager for a developer of senior housing, condominiums, and commercial real estate in Rhode Island and Connecticut.
Jordan received his BA in Sociology and Economics from Skidmore College in Saratoga Springs, NY where he was inducted into Phi Beta Kappa. He earned his Master in Urban Planning degree with a concentration in Real Estate and Urban Development from the Graduate School of Design at Harvard University. He is also actively involved in community planning initiatives with the Summit Neighborhood Association on the East Side of Providence where he lives with his wife.

Matt is the most recent addition to the team at E.A. McNulty, coming on board in the Spring of 2007. Matt was previously a Controller with Pulte Homes of New England for nearly seven years where he managed a finance team supporting homebuilding operations in Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Connecticut and New Hampshire. Prior to beginning his career in homebuilding, Matt earned his CPA designation while working for a local Rhode Island accounting firm. Matt received a BS degree in Accounting from Providence College and lives in Cranston with his wife and three children.
